To get this clarity we have gone to a leading professional an acclaimed author Kate Cook has nearly 20 years experience. Having qualified at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition she has since provided face to face consultations for only 6,500 patients. In addition five published books, she has also contributed regularly to Consumer columns in Marie Claire, Mens Health, Red, Zest and Closer Magazines. We are very lucky to have her - best thing is she is straight talking and cuts through the nonsense!
