Dec 12th - nutrition putting the right things in your body (Kate cook nutrition and Bare Biology)

12th December - Doors open at 7:30pm for an 8pm start

This evening will see leading nutritionist Kate Cook educate us on her wealth of knowledge. Kate has appeared extensively in the media and has published a number of books - “Get Healthy For Good” (Whole Health) was published in 2004, "Drop a Dress Size" in 2005 and "An Unfit Mother" (Harper Collins) was published in April 2008. Her latest book this year is called Positive Nutrition- and it’s this book that she will enlighten us about.

Melanie Lawson from Bare Biology is another believer of what you put in your body counts! Hence why she has created the first totally pure five star rated Omega 3 Fish oil. She was sick of buying supplements that were not pure - melanie will educate us about her research and why a few key supplements in their purest best form can make a difference to our wellness.
